I See Cry

I see cry, the reflex in the mirror is not mine,

Cry light from the eyes,wondering why somebody is feeling low when I fell high.

Turn around watching the young face near the moon light;

I guess that soul has been wounded,hurt.

The night is still alive,yet I can't say the same for the young face in the mirror...

Would like try, talking,but I am afraid;

How stupied must be my own soul to be fool by the mask worn!

All takes a funny twist at night,everything seems strange..

Please, I would like to see the face smile; can't sleep,

Trying to find an answer but nothing comes up,

Nothing happens.

Turning to get some sleep is difficult,

I get up, step up a bit closer I'm now staring at her.

Suddenly a strange feeling of regret,she looks better;

My face starts felling wet,

Moon shines as do her eyes; for the first time,

My room is quiet, no music playing.

I stop, just realised that the young face was me,

Free of the many masks and many parts that we  all act most of the day to cover up!

 No regrets
